About this wet mill

Provenance narrative

Kianjege sits on the Gichugu slopes of Kirinyaga, where bimodal rains bring two distinct harvests. Alongside fully washed lots the mill runs small carbonic maceration batches, fermenting whole cherry under carbon dioxide before pulping.
